Crafted from billet aluminum with a sleek brushed finished, RIX Engine Hood Stops provide a durable and long-lasting solution for worn-out engine lid shocks. Once installed, shocks are no longer needed, and many race cars have even eliminated them entirely to help save weight. Our engine lid stops weigh only a couple of ounces and are designed to fit either R/L side hinge. Installation is simple by drilling a 1/4" hole in the hinge and attach with the supplied nut, bolt, and washers.
